Today M taught me a card game called Kings that Am, their childsitter, taught them last weekend. This afternoon M, A & I had a go at
The Settlers of Catan not using the suggested set up for beginners, but a random one instead. I think it worked rather well, but then I did win, so perhaps that's not surprising, it was a pretty close game though. After that K & I, and subsequently M too, had a few rounds of
Rummikub too. I also read another chapter of The Railway Children.
I forgot to mention yesterday, that thanks to the lovely C, who gave K & M not only a Tudor candle holder but also several wire hoop things, I finally managed to turn M's rag-rugging into a wreath.
