Snakes and duels

Today, after a morning of (unsurprisingly) Harry Potter, we went along to Asfordby for a session with the theme of Snakes and the Chinese New Year.  It's always a bit of rush, just because of the time it starts and how long it takes to get there (I think when the weather gets better we'll probably take a picnic to eat there before the session), and unfortunately we forgot to take M's newly purchased Severus Snake (a toy she bought at the table top sale at Fun Club).  There were plenty of things to do and indeed taste, with some exotic fruits on offer.  K & M had a bit of a go at a couple of things, but mostly played Harry Potter games with friends, found twigs to be wands and fought duels with each other!

The children weren't particularly interested, but some of us mums got really into the tangrams!
