Yum!

Today M had plans to bake.  She had told me she wanted to make up her own recipe, but when I suggest that she start off with a recipe from a book and then change it rather from starting from scratch, she told me that was what she had meant.  She had already, unknown to me, chosen a recipe from a baking book belonging to K.  We had to pop to the Co-op on the way home from piano lessons, so she could do what she wanted to do.

M needed a little bit of help, but not much and made Chocolate Brownie muffins, which she decided to add orange zest to, and they were absolutely delicious.

M has also been getting creative with her crocheting again.  She presented me with two crocheted balls, that she has made (crocheted and stuffed) completely freestyle.

The girls had their piano lessons today.  Usually we go to the park while the other is having their lesson, but as their lessons are in the middle of the day and there is no shade at the park, today we didn't but stayed and M had decided to take the Destination Hogwarts game to play, which I did with each of them.  They also did some music practice, both of them did some piano this morning and M also did some horn practice this afternoon, before they both went to korfball, the last of the term.
